Connecting from the foreign countries

One can log in to the server from Lithuania and Poland without exceptions. Sometimes users of the new Internet providers can not log in, because their IP is assigned to the different country. The connection from foreign countries was forbidden because of the people which used proxy gateways to damage the server by using hacks or DDOS attacks.

Getting Access

In order to obtain an access to the server you can submit a request at Account/character/connection from abroad support tracker by using forum. When you write an application, please be sure to include your account name and information if you need ability to update ip in SangReal database(necessary having dynamic ip, connecting from different places).

IP update

If you have access update ip in our DB, you can update it using TTS. After login click Update IP from Settings menu. We will record ip in our database. The firewall will check records every 10 minutes.
